Financial Reporting AnalystLocation: Tallahassee, FL, US Bainbridge, GA, US Moultrie, GA, US Thomasville, GA, US Valdosta, GA, USBringing Home the DoughTo develop, analyze and report financial information to external and internal stakeholders. Stakeholders include internal management, board of directors, external auditors, Securities and Exchange Commission, among others. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities, Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments.Rising to the Challenge: Position ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist in preparation of SEC reporting (10Q,10K, Proxy)Assist with the financial close including all processes and technical tools for generating consolidated financial statementsAssist with lease accountingPerform ERISA plan auditsPrepare internal management reporting package(s) (period and quarter) includes financial statements, flux analysis, and sales analysisPrepare Corporate financials (period and quarter) includes financial statements and flux analysisAssist with external and internal audit requests related to financial statement audits/reviews and SOX compliance (including SOC 1 testing)Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis upon requestPrepare journal entriesReconcile bank accountsReconcile general ledger accountsBalance intercompany accountsPractice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other operating rules, policies, and proceduresKnead to Know: Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' related experience required.Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on AccountingWe offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package.
