Financial Reporting - AVP

Financial Reporting Associate – Full Time We are looking for a full‑time Financial Reporting Associate. You will review the financial statements of Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manco, etc. across multiple GAAPs (IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, Canadian GAAP). Responsibilities In your first few weeks, you can expect to: Develop document and institute procedures to make the FR process more efficient and standardised, saving time & money Manage a team in a high-volume, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining 100 % accuracy Provide ongoing training, motivation and development of team members to maintain high client service standards Use resources within the team, establishing goals and objectives of the team Handle new hiring, process training for new staff, people issues, performance management, KPIs, etc. Qualifications To apply for this role you will need a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or a specialised accounting course. You should also have: 8–12 years of experience in Financial Reporting Experience in financial reporting for Hedge Funds Experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP preferred Manual reporting experience preferred over automation tools Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills Adaptability and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Benefits You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package that may include education support, sponsorship and in‑house training programs.
