Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to oversee and manage our financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the financial audit process, including liaising with external auditors and addressing any audit findings or issues.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.
  • Mentor and manage a team of financial analysts or staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
