As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our financial advisors and help ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to financial advisors, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries
  • Prepare and process client documentation, including account applications, transfers, and investment forms
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Perform research and gather data on various financial products and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist with marketing and business development activities, including coordinating client events and preparing marketing materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the efficient operation of the office

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Understanding of financial products, services, and terminology is preferred
