You’ll speak to clients and providers, keep workflows moving, and make sure advisers have what they need, when they need it.The workFirst point of contact for client queriesClient onboarding, file set-up, gathering documentsProcessing new business and servicing tasks end-to-endLOAs, provider chasing, application follow-upsPreparing meeting packs and client documentationMaintaining accurate iO records and have in-depth knowledge of iOSupporting report production in the firm’s reporting process (not full paraplanning)SystemsiO CRM (core system)Moving to Dynamic Planner shortlyMicrosoft Office and Adobe used for documents and day-to-day adminWhat mattersExperience in an IFA or financial planning admin role with iO knowledgeConfident speaking to clients and providersOrganised, accurate, calm under pressureComfortable working with systems and processesThe flexibilityWe are open on pattern and hours.
