Job Title: Financial Services Analyst

Overview: As a Financial Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that will drive strategic business decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze investments, manage risk, and optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements and data to identify key trends and areas of improvement.
  • Conduct market research and develop financial models to support decision-making.
  • Assist in risk assessment and management strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to streamline processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and suggest operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
  • Familiarity with market research and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • CFA or CPA certification is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
