Themission of this full-time position is tosource, recruit, interview, and hire qualified Financial Advisors to grow the Renaissance FinancialTeam.This will beaccomplishedthrough sourcing applications, fostering meaningful relationships with candidates in all forms of communication, strategizing with the recruiting team and leadership for talent optimizationand market reach, and serving as a resource for new Financial Advisors as they become fully licensed and onboarded.
Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively source andidentifypotential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
Build and foster external relationships with universities, local organizations, and alumni groups.
Attendand host events on campus, in the office, and at venues to further brand Renaissance Financialand to attract prospective candidates.
Proactively source andidentifypotential interns through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Create a positive and respectful candidate experience by providingtimelyfeedback andmaintainingopen communication.
Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Other duties may be assigned to meet theorganization’sneeds.
This position requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
In-depth knowledge of Renaissance Financials’ history, mission, and goals.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to evaluate candidates andidentifytheir potential contributions to the culture and growth of the firm.
Internal motivation and drive to exceed hiring metric expectations and a candidate’s experience with Renaissance Financial.
Education, Training&Experience:
2-5 years of experience as a Recruiteror in a similarTalentAcquisitionrole.
