Must live in Fairfield County, CT or immediate surrounding areas. (No Manhattan, Long Island, NJ or outside the Tri-State.)


About the Role:

Make a real impact on clients’ lives by crafting holistic financial plans - investments, retirement, insurance, tax strategies and more.

  • Own your book of business from day one and watch it grow: 97% year-over-year client retention means predictable, recurring revenue.
  • Enjoy uncapped earning potential with a guaranteed: 37K launch stipend in Year 1 and OTE projections of $80K–$110K Year 1 l $150K–220K Year 3 l $200K–$300K Year 5.
  • Tap into multiple income streams - commissions, renewals, advisory fees and passive revenue as you build long-term relationships.
