What You’ll Do Deliver stellar service to credit union members and potential new members. Serve as a face for our brand. Happy, confident, positive – that’s who we are. Provide solutions by helping members with loan decisions, saving money, and selecting appropriate accounts. Introduce potential new members to all the amazing perks of being a Michigan First Credit Union member. Follow through by delivering on promises and ensuring all details are covered. Qualifications Outgoing, personable candidates who love talking to people. Professional experience, preferably 3+ years in financial sales, retail, or banking roles. Customer service experience, preferably 3+ years. Ability to learn products and services quickly; high school diploma/GED required, Associate’s preferred. Flexible schedule and willingness to assist at any in‑store location. Team player capable of meeting business needs across locations.
