We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing our financial systems to ensure accurate data flow, reporting, and compliance. This role involves close collaboration with finance, IT, and other departments to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.

• Analyze current financial systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
• Monitor financial data processing to identify inefficiencies or discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, reports, and user manuals.
• Train and support end-users on financial system functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure financial systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Work with external vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and support.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure the integrity of financial data.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, implementation, or support.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with system implementation and process improvement is a plus.

• Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
