We are looking for a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to support our organization in optimizing and maintaining financial systems. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing system functionality, ensuring data accuracy, and driving alignment between technology and business objectives. Based in Westfield Center, Ohio, this position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison between the finance department and IT teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.

• Support PeopleSoft modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM), General Ledger (GL), and Asset Management (AM).

• Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for analysis and reporting.

• Maintain a financial systems roadmap with upgrades and enhancements.

• Gather and prioritize system requirements across teams.

• Conduct system analysis and evaluate impacts of changes.

• Lead testing and QA for system updates.

• Manage system integrations with external partners.

• Monitor system performance and resolve issues.

• Develop and enforce data governance practices.

• Provide advanced training and support to users.

• Collaborate with finance leaders on policies and controls.

• Serve as the bridge between Finance and IT, translating needs into technical solutions.

• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials (AP, CM, GL, AM)

• Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP functionality.

• Familiarity with financial processes, systems integration, and data governance

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies.

• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents.

• Familiarity with Visio and enterprise financial systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion.

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and related platforms.

• Strong analytical capabilities and at least 3 years of experience in system analysis roles.
