Finishing Supervisor JOS2009 - TX
Starting Base: $70 -100K
This position will manage all finishing operations and team members to operate a UV/Stain prefinished and finish line.
Requirements
- Track record of dependability and accountability
- Prior familiarity with a fast-paced finish line production
- In charge of managing daily upkeep and safety initiatives
- Prior familiarity with a fast-paced finish line production
- In charge of managing daily upkeep and safety initiatives
- The capacity to lead one supervisor and 6 to 10 finishing technicians efficiently
- Understands constant, fast-paced workflow and the efficiency of production lines
- Superior communication skills, teamwork, and a degree are required but not required
- Possesses an understanding of the demanding QA/QC requirements and the capacity to carry out manufacturing to meet these standards.
