About the Role
The Service Technician will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service by handling system repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, and installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fire alarm systems and other security technologies while maintaining professionalism and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair, troubleshooting, and routine inspections for fire and security systems.
- Install and configure systems, including fire alarms, security alarms, access control, and camera systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and professional standards.
