We are partnered with a locally owned and operated Fire Protection company who is actively looking to grow their already established team with a Fire Protection Project Manager. This company prides themselves on their reputation and their commitment to delivering the highest quality fire solutions to their customers.

This Fire Protection Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing and management of fire protection specific projects which may include a multi-discipline design team, developing cost and technical proposals, contract negotiation, coordinating design efforts, managing schedules and budgets, client development, and managing client expectations and client satisfaction.

The Fire Protection Project Manager will also:
  • Work to grow relationships and market share in the fire protection segment.
  • Develop and maintain client and partner relationships through building trust and providing high levels of service.
  • Plan, coordinate, communicate and facilitate activities of several disciplines on multiple projects from concept through completion.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage and perform project delivery, including scoping, budgeting, maintaining schedules, meeting budget objectives, communicating and meeting deadlines.
  • Promote safe work environments.
Fire Protection Project Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited institution preferred
  • 5 Years combined experience in the Fire Protection Field and Project Management
  • Must have commercial project experience
  • Experience and knowledge with fire alarm or sprinkler systems
  • Strong knowledge of the fabrication process
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • NICET Level II or better preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
