Contingent upon contract award.
First Division Consulting is hiring a Fire Analyst/Instructor to provide expertise and training on Fires warfighting functions. The Fire/Analyst Instructor will also ensure that Marine Corps personnel are prepared for operational excellence.
The contractor shall perform the following task(s):
- Conduct training sessions on Fires systems and procedures.
- Develop and maintain curriculum and instructional materials.
- Evaluate trainee performance and readiness.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- In-depth knowledge of Fires warfighting functions.
- Proven experience in delivering training and instruction.
- Must be a US citizen.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
