The Firm Administrator will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring that our legal team can focus on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. Responsibilities will include overseeing office administration, coordinating human resources functions, and implementing administrative processes that contribute to the firm's growth and development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to implement systems that improve workflow and productivity. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the firm, including administrative support.
  • Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Assist with the financial management of the firm, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate communication among staff and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Support legal staff by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in law firm management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in office administrative roles, preferably in a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of legal office operations and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
