As a First Line Support Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and technical team focused on delivering state-of-the-art IP and telecom solutions across various industries, from healthcare to hospitality, in Belgium and beyond.Key Responsibilities :Technical Support: Handle and resolve customer technical issues via phone or ticketing system, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.Network Monitoring & Maintenance: Support the implementation and maintenance of network systems such as WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, and more, while monitoring systems to ensure operational continuity.Configuration & Integration: Assist in the initial configuration of network equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing customer environments.Customer Service: Provide both proactive and reactive support to customers, working closely with the technical team to resolve network issues.Solution-Oriented Approach: Identify and document technical problems, contributing to process improvements to prevent future incidents.Profile :Education: A degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a first-line support role, preferably in a network or telecom environment.Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of network technologies (WiFi, routing, VLANs) and IT infrastructures.Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.Mindset: Customer-oriented, a team player, and eager to develop further in a technical environment.Offer :You will have ...
