The Fitness Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the fitness facility. This role involves overseeing the proper use of equipment, assisting members with fitness-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with facility policies, and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome each resident when they arrive to the facility.
• Enforce fitness center policies, including rules for equipment usage and safety procedures.
• Foster an enjoyable and inclusive atmosphere.
• Assist members with the proper use of fitness equipment, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Fitness Studio, Weight Room, and outdoor areas by regularly sanitizing equipment, floors, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Monitor member activity to ensure the safety and security of all users.
• Verify resident ID’s to ensure access to the facility.
• Enforce the "No Guest" policy to ensure only authorized individuals use the facility.

Training and Experience: Proficient computer knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Knowledge: Must be knowledgeable of all Nocatee facility rules, policies, and procedures. Must have a general knowledge of exercise equipment utilized in both the Fitness Studio and the Weight Room area.
