This role is responsible for fitting, assembling, and welding steel components according to drawings and shop standards. Responsibilities Fit and assemble beams, columns, bracing, and miscellaneous steel per shop drawings. Read and interpret structural drawings and weld symbols. Perform GMAW (MIG) and/or SMAW (Stick) welding to required quality standards. Verify dimensions, alignment, and weld quality. Use cranes, torches, and fabrication tools safely. Qualifications Structural steel fitting/welding experience required. Ability to read drawings and weld symbols. Proficiency with common welding processes. Strong attention to detail and safety.
