Our commitment to excellence has made us a trusted partner for clients seeking precise and efficient aerial solutions.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fixed Term Jr. UAS Pilot to join our team in Houston, Texas, for a limited duration from October 30, 2023, to December 6, 2023. Although this is a Houston based position, candidates can expect to be deployed for a portion of the term, and in Houston for part of the term. As a Jr. UAS Pilot, you will work closely with our experienced UAS Pilots to assist in various aspects of navigation, operations, and data management during this critical period.Key Responsibilities- Assist UAS Pilots in pre-flight checks and preparations.- Operate UAS under the supervision of experienced pilots during data collection missions.- Monitor UAS performance and ensure safety protocols are followed.- Assist in data collection, including capturing images, videos, and other relevant data.- Assist with data management, storage, and organization.- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.- Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines for UAS operations.Working Conditions- This position is a fixed-term contract lasting from October 30, 2023, to December 6, 2023.- You will work both indoors and outdoors, potentially in varying weather conditions.- Some travel may be required for project assignments.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their qualifications and interest in the Fixed Term Jr. UAS Pilot position at Arch Aerial using the link below.Arch Aerial is an equal opportunity employer.
