Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Trucking Fleet Maintenance Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in trucking or diesel fleet maintenance who can lead technicians while ensuring quality repairs and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors to arrange and oversee outside repairs Supervise technicians, assign tasks, and manage daily workflow Diagnose vehicle issues and ensure high-quality repair standards Maintain accurate records using fleet management software Qualifications Prior experience in trucking, fleet maintenance, or diesel repair required Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficiency with fleet management systems such as Samsara, Alpine, or similar software Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $28$35 per hour (based on experience) Top-tier health insurance + supplemental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Schedule Options Full-time position Some weekends are required
