We're seeking a hands-on Fleet Manager to lead daily operations, supervise drivers and mechanics, and ensure peak performance across multiple terminal locations. This is a full time, hybrid role, with travel to multiple fleet truck yards, overseeing operations. This role requires living and working near Blackwell, Oklahoma.Fleet Manager Benefits and Compensation:Base salary of $80,000$95,000+, depending on experienceCompany-provided truck for travel between locations with all mileage and travel expenses paidMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceRetirement plan with company matchPaid time off: up to 3 weeks annually, including 1 week in your first yearMondayFriday schedule with a 4550 hour workweek (some nights/travel required)Fleet Manager Key Requirements & Responsibilities:5+ years of experience in fleet or transportation managementProven leadership managing drivers, mechanics, and operational staffOversee daily logistics, maintenance coordination, and compliance across terminalsEnforce DOT, safety, and internal company policiesManage payroll accuracy, employee training, and performance goalsConduct road tests, assist with hiring, and lead safety meetingsCoordinate VAPE testing, inspections, uniform program, and permit updatesTravel 50%+ to various locations and maintain strong inter-site communicationCollaborate with dispatch and upper management to align fleet capacity with operational needsFleet Manager Preferred Background & Skills:Experience in petroleum delivery or trucking/logistics industryStrong communication and team-building skillsAbility to lead in a high-stress, high-responsibility environmentProficiency with fleet systems (e.g., Omnitracs) and Microsoft OfficeClass A CDL with tanker endorsement (preferred, not required)Solid judgment, time management, and attention to safety/compliance detailsReady to lead a high-performing fleet with purpose and accountability?Apply today and become part of a company where leadership drives everything forward.
