Flight Operations Manager Pacific Aviation is looking for a Flight Operations Manager to support and mentor our team. Responsibilities Direct and coordinate flight operations and control activities through flight dispatchers and subordinate personnel at regional stations. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies and airports. Perform aircraft performance calculations. Oversee preparation and filing of computerized flight and ATC plans for international, trans‑Pacific and Atlantic flights. Provide weather and operational briefings to flight crews and analyze weather NOTAMS and ATC data to ensure safe operations and compliance with airline SOPs. Oversee and manage Flight Operations and Weight & Balance departments. Liaise with upper management, clients, vendors, airport and government authorities to ensure compliance with Federal, State, Company and airline regulations. Manage and develop personnel (flight dispatch and weight & balance) to maximize operational performance in areas of on‑time performance, staffing, training and safety. Administer staff work schedules to achieve optimum utilization of human resources and facilities. Prepare and submit reports pertaining to flight operations, payroll and client billing. Operate within the budget. Qualifications Minimum five years of experience in flight operations. FAA Flight Dispatch License. Knowledge of SITA/ARINC/LIDO/JEPSON/SABER communication and flight planning software (preferred). Training in CFR Part 121, 129, 135, Part 120 and Part 40. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem‑solving skills. Ability to prioritize, work efficiently, manage time and work under pressure. Availability to work rotating shifts, holidays and weekends. Commitment to flight safety and duty of care. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $72,000 with potential performance-based bonus.
