The selected candidate will provide Telemetry (TM) and Flight Termination System (FTS) support, working with both internal teams and external suppliers. The role involves hands-on engineering, coordination of testing and integration activities, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Support ongoing qualification and lot acceptance testingAssist in production deliveries and upgrades for obsolescenceProvide design, integration, and testing support for TM and FTS systemsIdentify and develop second-source options for critical componentsCoordinate with external suppliers for requirements verification and technical compliancePresent findings and updates in technical and safety reviewsEnsure interface compliance with system-level ICDs (Interface Control Documents)Develop and maintain Master Measurements List (MML) as neededConduct troubleshooting and performance verification from module to system levelTravel to supplier, production, or test sites as requiredRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, or a related technical fieldExperience with Embedded Telemetry or Flight Termination System (FTS) designSoftware development experienceHands-on experience integrating hardware and softwareKnowledge of system interface verification and ICDsActive Secret Clearance preferred; will consider candidates with previously held active clearancesMust have or be eligible to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance before startingDesired Qualifications:Experience developing and maintaining a Master Measurements List (MML)Background in RF Telemetry systemsProven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including software, design, and productionStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPrevious experience presenting at program and technical reviews
