Requirements

We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of three apartment communities in our Oregon Portfolio. The properties are located in Gresham, OR, Fairfield, OR and Portland, OR. Responsibilities include patrolling of grounds daily to detect maintenance problems that require attention, daily removal of litter, sweeping and blowing off sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, garages and dumpster areas, ensuring the upkeep of common areas and amenities, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the property management team The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a well-maintained and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Requirements

To thrive in this role:

Ability to clean and maintain ground and common areas

Ability to ensure the community is well-kept and visually appealing

Capable of performing tasks outdoor in various weather conditions

Ability to spot and address safety hazards

Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment

Ability to interact professionally with community residents, staff members, and visitors

Must have a valid driver's license
