We are looking for an experienced Floor Care Contractor to perform VCT Strip & Wax services inside automotive retail stores across the Phoenix metro area.

This is ongoing, weekly work with approximately 4 stores per week. Perfect for solo techs or small floor teams looking for steady extra jobs.

About the Work:

• Full strip & wax on VCT flooring inside automotive stores
• Work is typically overnight or evenings (low foot traffic)
• Stores are located all around the Phoenix Valley
• Approximately 4 stores/week, more depending on performance

Equipment & Materials:

• If you have your own chemicals & pads, bring them
• If not, we have most of the machinery on-site, including:
• • Floor machine
  • Wet vac or auto scrub
  • Mop buckets, etc.
• We can supply consumables as needed (discuss during onboarding)

Requirements:

• Experience with VCT strip & wax (required)
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation within Phoenix
• Good communication & job documentation (before/after photos)

Compensation:

• Paid per store
