Immerse yourself in TOMMY HILFIGER here!A Store Warehouse Floor Supervisor shares in the overall responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining organizational standards, controlling expenses and shortages, and developing staff.Overall Responsibilities:Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skillsDevelop proficiency in all operational policies and proceduresManage time and prioritize tasksDeliver product as requested to and from stores in a timely mannerDesignated driver to transport from warehouse to retail storeMaintaining the highest level of security and safety awareness at all timesDevelop and maintain good communication and relationships with store management.Managerial Responsibilities:Maximize sales volume by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well represented by accurate pulls of the replenishment.Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goalsAct as a liaison for corporate communications (Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Operations, Merchants)Represent the Tommy Hilfiger image through personal and professional appearanceOperational Responsibilities:Receiving / Shipping Processing HUB, 3rd-party deliveries, TransfersMaintain an organized stockroom/off-site areaUnderstand and comply with all company policy, procedures and operationsMaintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the storeRecognize problems, analyze causes, generate alternatives and solutionsManage all controllable expenses, including the allocation of payrollLeadership Responsibilities:Assist in recruiting and hiring warehouse associates who have strong presentation and communication skills representative of the Tommy Hilfiger imageDevelop all associates to be knowledgeable in areas of product, operations, sales and growth within the companyMotivate and develop support staff to meet store/warehouse goals and objectivesDemonstrate teamwork within store, warehouse, and company and ensure that staff is treated professionally, respectfully and courteouslyLead by exampleMerchandising Responsibilities:Analyze and react to the needs of the business, identify top sellers, slow sellers and fulfillment of merchandising strategyHave thorough knowledge of warehouse and stockroom organization/systemsVisual Presentation:Maintain warehouse appearance to reflect division standardReplenish merchandise on a timely basisHave knowledge of the store merchandiseKeep management informed of all merchandise-related issuesExecutes markdowns and re-merchandise as neededMaintain warehouse organization merchandise/fixtures/hardware/general cleanlinessPay Range: $19.00-$23.00Your Wellbeing is Our PriorityAt PVH, we offer competitive, cost-effective, and comprehensive benefit packages.
