Job Title: Floor Support

Work Location: Russellville, SC

Job Type: Contract/Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Be warm, friendly, and accommodating - providing exceptional service and hospitality for all guests
• Deliver food and drinks to tables with warmth and care
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room during service
• Support FOH team members by assisting with running sidework (silverware/glassware polishing, bar backing, spot sweeping) and by providing water to customers, answering questions, and pre-bussing tables
• Act as a liaison between customers and management
• Always go the extra distance for the comfort and happiness of our customers
• Accurately estimate wait times, seeking managerial guidance as needed
• Create a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and FOH area
