Job Description
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and company objectives. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate internal staff, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and costs; proactively address issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Review contracts, change orders, and documentation related to assigned projects
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation
- Conduct project closeouts, including final documentation and post-project reviews
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, operations, facilities, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management
- Formal project management training or certification (PMP or similar) a plus
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to travel between job sites or office locations as required
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment
- Occasional lifting of materials up to [X] pounds, if applicable
