THE WORK As a key member of the FLRAA Program Management team, you will be part of a dynamic portfolio leading the Development IPT. In This High‑visibility Role, You Will Drive cross‑functional execution to meet or exceed delivery, performance, and cost objectives across multiple programs. Coordinate a team across engineering, supply chain, production, and finance disciplines to ensure seamless integration and execution. Collaborate with Business Development and internal partners to expand on‑contract scope and pursue adjacent opportunities that amplify our mission impact. Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability by building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners. Manage cost and schedule, be responsible for the Development portions of the program, contribute to the overall business rhythm and assist with proposal development.
