FMS Principal Program ManagerARS is seeking a FMS Principal Program Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Electronic Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HB), specifically within the International C2 and Sensors Division (HBN). This role focuses on managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs within the Joint Targeting Architecture Software Systems Branch.AFPEO/HB oversees modernization, development, testing, fielding, and sustainment of a portfolio of over 130 programs for the United States Air Force and allied nations. The Electronic Systems Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom AFB, MA, with CONUS and OCONUS units.In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. ARS employees are motivated through our industry competitive benefits package, our awards and recognition program, and personalized attention from ARS Senior Managers.As a FMS Principal Program Manager at ARS, you will:Manage FMS acquisition and execution in accordance with DoD policies, including SAMRS and DSAMSCollaborate with SAF/IA, AFSAC, DSCA, FDO, AFLCMC/WFNFM, and other FMS stakeholdersLead DoD acquisition planning efforts: industry days, source selection, RFP development, and contract preparationSupport program reviews, design reviews, Interface Control Working Groups (ICWGs), PARs, and case meetingsServe as a non-decisional representative to foreign partners including MODs, ODCs, and foreign military representativesEvaluate and recommend solutions for cost, schedule, and performance execution challengesDevelop and deliver program status briefings to US and international senior leadershipCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, logistics, and program managementCreate customer briefings for industry and international stakeholdersTravel to CENTCOM, OEM sites, and other CONUS/OCONUS locations as requiredInterpret program schedules and support milestone planning and reviewWork independently and proactively support mission objectives, especially during Government PM absenceQualifications:Experience: 10+ years in a DoD environment.Education: BA/BS degree or Master's degree preferred.Security Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance.Certifications: PMP Certificate preferred.Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
