QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR FMS SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent within 6 months of employment
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Knowledge of USAF and FMS mission planning processes, systems, and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Former military aircrew experience
• A bachelor's degree in a related technical, aviation, or management field
• Project management experience, supporting system deployments, or fielding efforts
• Prior experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs or international defense customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with foreign military partners
• Ability to operate in high-visibility, customer-facing roles with minimal supervision
• Experience working in joint, coalition, or multinational operational environments

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As our FMS Subject Matter Expert, you maintain deep expertise in multiple FMS mission planning software packages and associated hardware while serving as a trusted resource for Tier I–III technical support, resolving issues quickly and effectively. You create and refine training materials-lesson plans, technical manuals, and user guides-and deliver engaging sessions both virtually and in person to a diverse international audience. You collaborate directly with squadron and wing leadership to ensure mission planning operations meet evolving requirements, making every interaction an opportunity to strengthen global partnerships.
