Primary is task is preparing food. Phone Architect will be trained in detail to how to work the makeline & oven. Know how to stretch sauce & cheese pizzas correctly. Correctly make an order complete build. Correctly read job aids. Phone Architect is also responsibility for loading product in the ovens correctly & under a 2 minute make time. Phone Architect will be trained in detail how to correctly oven trend. How to correctly package product in the right boxes & properly prepare post cook items.
