Location: Davao CityHiring Entity: Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods CorporationWe are looking for an accomplished Food Production Manager who will take the lead in driving operational excellence across our Davao facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our plant consistently delivers high‑quality products safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. The successful candidate will champion process optimization, continuous improvement, and strong leadership within the plant team.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end operations of the plant to consistently achieve production targets.Establish and strengthen operational systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.Track and evaluate key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and operational refinement.Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and respond to operational challenges.Uphold all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.Guide, coach, and develop plant personnel, fostering a performance-driven and improvement-focused culture.Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Oversee plant budgets, ensuring effective cost management and operational profitability.Promote sustainable practices aimed at reducing waste and environmental impact.Stay informed on industry advancements and integrate best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience—preferably in multinational companies, top local organizations, or the pharmaceutical industry.Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.Demonstrated analytical and decision-making capabilities.Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.Familiarity with relevant regulatory and quality frameworks.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving operational environment.
