Madisonville provides a welcoming, small‑town feel with an affordable cost of living, excellent schools, and easy access to larger population centers such as Evansville, Owensboro, and Nashville, making it ideal for professionals seeking balance between career and quality of life.How YOU Will ContributeAs Food Safety Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted leader and subject‑matter expert across the facility:Provide oversight and continuous improvement for 30+ established food safety and regulatory programsEnsure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including USDA requirementsLead and coordinate USDA audits, inspections, and regulatory interactionsAct as a key liaison with regulatory agencies, internal teams, and external partnersDevelop and deliver ongoing food safety and compliance training for team membersOwn and maintain core food safety systems including GMPs, HACCP, and SOPsManaged systems that measure and address microbiological process control and sanitation process control, i.e. micro sampling and analysisPartner closely with Sanitation and Quality teams to drive a strong food safety cultureParticipate as an active member of the site leadership team, influencing decisions and driving meaningful changeChampion continuous improvement and help shape the future of food safety at the facilityAbout YOUProven experience managing food safety programs in a USDA-regulated or food manufacturing environmentMinimum of 5 years of experience in Food Safety Management preferred with experience supervising staffBachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or related field.
