Food Safety Supervisor The Food Safety Supervisor ensures a sustainable, safe, clean, and functional environment in the CookUnity Commissary. What you’ll do… Ensure the operations of CookUnity Commissary follows the Food Safety requirements. Ensure compliance with the HACCP plan and maintains logs Report/track any significant deviations from quality standards and recommends corrective action as necessary to management. Establish regular training sessions for the quality control team and fulfillment employees on safety issues. Participate in new product development to ensure proper food safety control plans can be implemented. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Motivate and inspire the team of associates to achieve the goals, to strive for excellence and constant desire to improve and drive their business. About you… Experience managing food operations with a proven track record within a fast‑paced environment. State/Local Food Safety Certification; (ie. HACCP Manager, PCQI, ) Experience executing a HACCP plan High level of experience and knowledge of food safety requirements Be an excellent communicator Ability to accept full accountability for the performance of your team and a proven track record of achieving business directives. Must haves… 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States What you’ll get… Paid weekly Healthcare coverage with Cigna Lunch served daily Opportunity for advancement Compensation All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
