A fast-growing food service franchise has an immediate opening for a friendly, outgoing individual. Only considering hard working, motivated candidates looking for a long term career opportunity. Typical hours will be weekdays 7:30 - 4:00, but occasionally may include weekends and/or holidays if needed. Duties will include opening the store, preparing and baking cookies and pretzels, sales and customer service, decorating cookie cakes, helping to keep the store clean and organized, etc. After successfully mastering these duties, additional responsibilities will be added, including supervision of other employees and assisting the owner with office and management tasks (inventory,ordering, etc.). Excellent customer service and problem solving skills are required. Experience in food service management, cake decorating, and artistic ability a huge plus! Compensation will vary with experience.
