We are currently seeking a part-time dedicated food service supervisor to work in the fast-paced environment of Food Service. Excellent Management skills are essential. If youre a qualified supervisor who is able to run an efficient kitchen, this is the perfect job. Paid training provided.
In this role you will:
- Supervise, schedule, assign, instruct, and inspect the work of food service workers.
- Ensure that food is properly handled, apportioned, and served, and that service is prompt and courteous.
- Instruct subordinate personnel concerning policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Store and rotate supplies, as directed.
- Maintain records of food service operations, i.e. meal census, personnel records, floor activities.
We require:
Completion of eighth grade education
Three years of satisfactory food service experience in an institution or large commercial establishment.
Morning and afternoon shifts are flexible, every other weekend a requirement.
