We are looking for a full time technician who can troubleshoot and repair bakery & food service equipment such as ovens, burners, proofers, panwasher, etc.

Position: Field Mechanic
Position Type: Full Time
Total Hours: 40+hours
Experience: 1-2 Years Experience
Duties
- Understand control wiring and troubleshoot related electrical problems
- Make general mechanical repairs such as replacement of bearings, sprockets, chains
- Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair bread production equipment in field environment
- Complete written reports
- Servicing customers in Greater Chicago Area
Requirements
· Minimum High School Diploma (or GED)
· General knowledge of HVAC
· Commercial or residential cooking equipment repair experience
· A good driving record
· Maintenance experience helpful
· We will train individuals with a strong electrical and mechanical background
