Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually
We are currently seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst to join our team supporting PMS 326 in Washington, DC. This position is hybrid and requires on-site attendance one day per week.
What you’ll do:
The FMS Financial Analyst will provide financial management support focusing on case reconciliation and closure to the U.S. Navy’s International Fleet Support Office.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial management expertise on multiple customer / country programs
Use knowledge of FMS financial reconciliation to support the Government financial managers in reconciling FMS case financials
Respond to data calls in support of Program Reviews, Financial Reviews and case closure efforts
Prepare documentation for implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases
Prepare presentations and reports and brief them to USG clients and foreign partners
Ensure the delivery of high quality and accurate products to the Government.
Assist in the development of programs' financial briefings and reports, including analyses of programs' financial health and affordability
Assist the Government in the generation of metrics and trend analysis
Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a school accredited in the US
10+ years’ experience in Navy FMS financial management with a strong understanding of the case closure process
Knowledge and experience with the following systems: N-ERP, MISIL, SCIP, DIFS and MOCAS
Active DOD Secret security clearance
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to identify and track requirements
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Attend meetings and provide on-site/in-person support as required
Ability and willingness to travel domestically using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
Compensation Policy:
