As a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst on our team, you’ll work on a financial management strategy to help client’s FMS projects succeed. You’ll work with project management, schedulers, task leads, and vendors to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. This is an opportunity for you to learn the laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop well‑formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project management, schedulers, and task leads. The world can’t wait. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, including managing financial spend plans. Experience executing FMS funding in Navy ERP. Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice to Have Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), Management Information System – International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW). Security Clearance Applicants will be subject to a security investigation; Secret clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary range $52,900 to $108,000 annualized.
