We’re hiring for an Equipment Operator in North Bend/Redmond! The right fit is someone with forklift experience, enjoys working with their hands, staying busy all day, and working together with a team.

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties:
- Operate production equipment according to company procedures
- Complete daily checklists to record work and safety compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Overtime opportunities depending on production needs
Pay: $24.29 per hour
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
