Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Prior experience working as an elementary school teacher
- Strong knowledge of and experience with standards-based instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Passionate about education and dedicated to student success
