Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is looking for a Full‑Time Forklift Operator to join the team! A Blue Rhino Forklift Operator is to inspect and transport propane cylinders by loading and unloading with a forklift for Blue Rhino delivery drivers. This position offers an in‑house OSHA certified training. Responsibilities Transports propane cylinders safely around the yard with forklift. Handles and maintains flow of materials and products under safety guidelines. Position may require working evening hours and weekends as needed. Completes and submits log sheets, BOL's, packing slips and other paperwork as required. Documents forklift inspection before shift start up for mechanical safety and compliance with OSHA regulations. Inspects vehicle regularly and notifies supervisor maintenance is needed. Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor. Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting production shifts with other staffing needs when not operating forklift. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, understand and pass any necessary training requirements and exams. 1+ years' of work experience, preferred. At least 18 years of age. Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds, in all weather conditions. Genuine commitment to providing superior customer service. Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
