Forklift Operator

Location: Shippensburg, PA

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move, stack, and transport materials within the facility. This role ensures efficient material handling while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, or other power equipment to load, unload, move, and stack materials.
• Use radio frequency (RF) equipment for picking, receiving, putaway, and loading functions.
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat and orderly manner.
• Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts or other equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and work procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Support warehouse operations by efficiently moving products and materials.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and conduct safety inspections.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of RF scanning equipment is a plus.
