Shift Details: 6:00AM - 2:30PM

DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:
Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning tanks and pots, emptying trash dumpsters, cleaning floors. Assists in preparing raw materials for Compounders.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
Gathers empty pots and mobile mix tanks from compounders.
Washes pots in automated pot washer.
Washes large and medium mobile mix tanks.
Cleans large and medium fixed tanks and all associated pipes and hoses, pumps, valves, etc.
Repackage raw materials as required.
Ensures that robot is always stocked with clean pots.
Ensures proper operation of automated Pot washer in accordance with operating instructions.
Operates fork lift when needed.
Maintains/keeps plant floors clean, dry, and free of debris using floor scrubber.
Maintains a clean and safe work area, and adheres to safety regulations, and procedures, understanding the hazards that are associated with the job duties, to include chemicals and power operated vehicles.

Non-essential Responsibilities and Functions:
Assists Compounding Personnel as necessary.
Trains new Utility Operators and helps other Utility Operators.
Works closely with Automation Operators to ensure robot production is maximized.
Participates in year-end physical inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalency (GED) required.
Prior fork lift experience.
Good communication skills.
Ability to handle heavy materials including drums (lifting requirement of up to 60 lbs.)
Possesses strong commitment to team environment dynamics.
