Position: Form Cleaner
Work Location: North Randall, OH 44128
Payrate: $18.20/hr
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 7:30 - 4:00 (Mon - Fri) occasionally Saturday 8:00 - 12:00
Dress Code: casual
Job Description:
- Count inbound forms and verify against expected receipts.
- Properly document discrepancies and damages.
- Report such to supervisor/manager/lead.
- Determine need for cleaning/oils. Sort as appropriate.
- Safely operate hand tools to remove debris or damaged wood from forms.
- Safely operate power tools, such as grinder or table grinders, to remove other debris/dirt from forms as determined to be needed.
- Apply fresh Form oil as deemed necessary using provided sprayers.
- Stack cleaned/prepped forms per category/size and stock/store properly.
- Pick outbound prepped forms for transfers and/or live customer orders as required/instructed.
- Perform general shipping processes such as wrapping and applying proper shipping labels, etc.
- Perform general housekeeping responsibilities such as sweeping, mopping, etc as instructed/needed.
- Maintenance damaged repairable forms as instructed.
Requirements:
- Able to lift 75lbs.
- Use all provided PPE as instructed/intended.
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, grinder, and hand tools such as hammers and chisels.
- Basic math such as counting, adding, and calculating area (length x width).
- Safe use of water-based form oil and applicator.
- Other duties as assigned
