MünchenYour TasksExecutive SupportHelp CFO and finance team with day-to-day operations and challenges, ensuring smooth execution across tools and projectsManage shareholder and investor relationshipsPrepare board meetings, monitor KPIs and, assist with reportingPeople & HR: Own all HR processes in the company, including payroll, onboarding/offboarding, contract preparations, and employee requestsFinance & Accounting: Assist with month-end closings, accounts payable/receivable, and procurementIdentify inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks to free up time for high-impact workSupport finance team with any ad hoc requestsYour Profile"Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldStrong interest in process optimization and the application of new toolsAbility to take ownership of projects and drive them to completionAnalytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with a drive to find smarter ways to get things doneStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with DATEV and Odoo is a strong plus.
