As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the worldempowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.About the RoleDandy is launching internationally, and we're hiring our first Commercial Account Executive in Australia. This is a founding AE rolenot just closing deals, but helping build the playbook as we expand outside the US for the first time.You'll join a high-performing global sales org and work closely with senior sales leadership to establish Dandy's presence in Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-market ambiguity, wants real ownership, and is excited to help shape how Dandy sells internationally.This is a hands-on, high-impact role where execution, curiosity, and grit matter.What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle: qualify, discover, and close new SMB customersProactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisitionServe as a founding voice in shaping Dandy's AU sales motion, messaging, and processesConsistently track activity, pipeline, and performance in SalesforceBecome a student of dentistry and an expert in Dandy's product and value propositionPartner closely with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIsOperate with urgency, accountability, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environmentWhat We're Looking For3+ years of sales experience, with 1+ year owning a full-cycle closing roleExperience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment strongly preferredComfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure and resourcesStrong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline managementHigh proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMsDemonstrated track record of professional successFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
