Position Summary
The successful leader will oversee a team responsible for reporting, analytics, and insights across HCB to succeed in cost strategy, insights and enhanced resource management. Role will lead and act as liaison to other functions to ensure consistent treatment and prioritized execution/rebalancing of initiatives and resources.

This position will be responsible to:
Drive consistency in how teams manage productivity/initiatives
Provide and direct for clarity on new normal or baseline/run-rate (e.g., Training/Attrition, Service recovery, staffing ratios)
Visibility and transparency against enterprise initiatives, (e.g., IT/digital investment, strategic priority investments and member experience, competitive cost positions and overall productivity
Develop analytics to understand trends of actual G&A spend and accuracy of forecasts and budgets to better understand emerging R's and O's to our business
Lead initiatives to drive businesses towards improvement based on actionable analytics, e.g., benchmarking, workforce trends, etc.


Required Qualifications
10+ years progressive finance, consulting, healthcare or other aligned experience
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving
Proven ability to:
Manage cross-functional matrixed partners and stakeholders
Oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines


Preferred Qualifications
10+ years progressive finance, consulting, healthcare or other aligned experience
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving

Ability to Build Trust across Business Partners
Proven ability to:
Manage cross-functional matrixed partners and stakeholders
Oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,500.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
